Bookstore and Subscription Cards

Eli Review is a subscription-based service. Students can purchase subscriptions themselves via PayPal, but we also sell physical subscription cards that can be sold in bookstores. This option is ideal for students who must use financial aid or scholarship money available only at campus bookstores. See our user guide for details on how subscriptions and subscription cards work.

Instructors can give the information below directly to their bookstore when requesting stock, or bookstores may use the ISBN to submit a purchase order.

Is there different contact information for whom we will place orders?

No, company contact information is the same.

Are there any special instructions for placing orders, such as emailing, calling in, or faxing in the order?

Email is preferred.

Do you have an email address available for placing orders and customer service issues?

Orders go to [email protected]. Students who have problems using the access card or the app should contact [email protected].

Do you accept purchase orders?

Yes. Please specify the quantity of 6-month access cards requested.

How long does shipping take?

Typically, all orders will be mailed no more than 2 business days after we’re able to fulfill an order (see below). Unless otherwise requested, we mail cards using USPS 2-day flat-rate Priority Mail, with flat-rate shipping costs depending on order volume.

What’s the fulfillment time frame?

Fulfillment times may vary based on order volume:

Do you accept credit card payments?

We cannot process credit cards over the phone, but we can upload your invoice to PayPal where you can use a credit card.

Do you accept returns?

Yes. We will accept any unopened cards and issue a refund. Opened cards are not eligible for refunds.

Are there minimum or maximum time restrictions on returns?

We accept returns (unopened cards) no earlier than 90 days and no later than 365 days from the actual billing date shown on the invoice.

Do you require prior authorization for returns?

No.
