While our energy over the last few months has been mostly dedicated to new content for our Teacher Development and Curriculum Resources, we’ve kept our ears to the ground for concerns from our community. Today we’re happy to release a series of improvements and updates to the Eli Review app that enhance its functionality and improve its stability:
Improvements
- Microsoft Excel files can now be uploaded in writing tasks (see all types)
- Increased spacing between sections in instructor review report for improved readability
- Implemented a smooth-scrolling feature on links between sections of instructor reports
Bug Fixes
- Fixed an error that caused some Trait Identification results to report > 100%
- Students can now see the responses they submit to Revise & Resubmit tasks
- Submissions to “Upload to Eli” writing tasks now display properly as downloads in instructor Revision Task display
- Fixed an an error that caused some writing task submissions to fail when special characters used
- Several minor spelling errors or typos corrected
- Fixed unresponsive star ratings when some writers view a comment contextually
- Students can now access archived tasks from courses that have ended
