Eli Review is a subscription-based service. Students can purchase subscriptions themselves via PayPal, but we also sell digital subscription codes that can be sold in bookstores. This option is ideal for students who must use financial aid or scholarship money available only at campus bookstores. See our user guide for details on how subscriptions and subscription codes work.
Instructors can give the ISBN below directly to their bookstores. Bookstores submit purchase orders to [email protected]. We do not accept orders by phone.
Is there different contact information for whom we will place orders?
No, the company contact information is the same.
Are there any special instructions for placing orders, such as emailing, calling in, or faxing in the order?
Email is preferred. Please email [email protected]. We do not take orders by phone.
Do you have an email address available for placing orders and customer service issues?
Orders go to [email protected].
Students who have problems using the access code or the app should contact [email protected].
Do you accept purchase orders?
Yes. Please specify the quantity of access codes requested.
How long does shipping take?
Typically, all orders will be processed no more than 7 business days after the order is received.
What’s the fulfillment time frame?
Orders are fulfilled digitally. We email CSV or PDF files with digital access codes, completely eliminating shipping time. Digital orders typically take 1 business day to fulfill.
Do you accept credit card payments?
Yes. We email your invoice via QuickBooks where you can use a credit card.
We cannot process credit cards over the phone.
Do you accept returns?
Returns are accepted on a case-by-case basis and require prior authorization.
Do you require prior authorization for returns?
Yes. Please email [email protected] for authorization of returns.
Are there minimum or maximum time restrictions on returns?
Your return must be authorized first. Then, returns should be within 60 days of the billing date shown on the invoice.
